Cancellation right

You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating your reasons.

The cancellation (cooling-off) period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, UKE Underwater Kinetics Europe GmbH, of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, email, or a withdrawal form). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, or you can use the link to the withdrawal form.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must provide a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an

e-mail) notifying us, UKE Underwater Kinetics Europe GmbH, of your decision to cancel this contract. You may, but are not obliged to, use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your cancellation right before this period expires. The cancellation should be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a request by you for a different type of delivery to the most economical standard delivery option offered by us). We must do so promptly, within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification that you are cancelling this contract.

Unless some alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed with you, the method of payment we use for this reimbursement will be the same as the one used by you for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged for this reimbursement.

We can refuse to reimburse payments until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever happens first.

You must return or surrender the goods to us promptly and, in any case, within fourteen days of the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. To comply with this deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods. Items that are unsuitable for parcel shipment will be collected from you.

You will only be required to pay for any loss in the value of goods if this is the result of activities that where not necessary for you to check their condition, properties and operation.
